谐波分析是电能质量分析的重要组成部分。首先论述了谐波等电能质量问题的监控、测量、分析、决策与控制的现状,在此基础上,介绍了基于解耦-补偿理论的实用三相电力系统谐波潮流计算程序。以该实用三相电力系统谐波潮流计算程序为核心,开发了电能质量仿真决策系统平台。应用该平台可对电网中的谐波等电能质量问题进行模拟分析,并可为系统运行分析人员提供控制与决策的依据。该平台的建立为三相电力系统谐波潮流计算从理论到实际应用的实现奠定了基础。通过对实际电网以谐波为主的电能质量问题的计算分析,证明了该系统平台具有很强的实用性。
Harmonic analysis is an important part of power quality analysis. Firstly, the current status of monitoring, measurement, analysis, decision-making and control of power quality problems such as harmonics is discussed. Based on this, the harmonic power flow calculation program of practical three-phase power system based on decoupling-compensation theory is introduced. Taking the practical three-phase power system harmonic power flow calculation program as the core, a power quality simulation decision-making system platform has been developed. The platform can be used to simulate the power quality problems such as harmonics in the power grid and provide the basis for the control and decision-making of system operation analysts. The establishment of this platform lays the foundation for the realization of harmonic power flow calculation in three-phase power system from theory to practical application. Through the calculation and analysis of the power quality problems that the harmonic of the actual power grid is the main problem, the system platform is proved to be very practical.
