对跳汰选煤行业的发展情况进行了调查研究,制定了以井下跳汰机排料系统的自动化为研究对象。首先对跳汰机排料系统的电气自动化控制的发展现状进行了分析,然后对于跳汰机控制系统的结构技术方面进行分析,主要包括排料系统电气自动控制的基本要素、工况条件、结构组成、模糊控制计算进行探讨。最后对排料系统的自动化控制技术的优势与不足进行了相互对比分析。对跳汰机排料系统在实际中的应用提供一个可靠的理论价值。
