根据硫酸阿米卡星具有旋光性的特点(比旋度为+72℃～+85℃)。本文用旋光法直接测定硫酸阿米卡星注射液的含量。其平均回收率为99.32％,变异系数0.14％,结果表明旋光法可用于硫酸阿米卡星注射液半成品的控制。
According to amikacin sulfate with optical characteristics (specific rotation of +72 ℃ ~ +85 ℃). In this paper, the optical rotation method for the determination of amikacin sulfate injection. The average recovery was 99.32%, coefficient of variation 0.14%, the results show that the optical rotation method can be used for the control of semi-finished products of amikacin sulfate injection.
