上海砂轮厂、地质科学院勘探技术研究所和有关地质局、队共同协作,从1972年起,开展了单晶人造金刚石孕镶钻头的研制与试验工作。三年来,试验成了用电阻炉热压法及中频感应热压法制造人造金刚石钻头工艺。以上两种工艺制造的人造金刚石孕镶钻头,在河南第三地质队、第九地质队、北京101地质队、湖北第七地质队、浙江第三地质队进行了生产试验,共使用56个钻头,进尺2055.89米,其中47个钻头平均寿命均至30米以上(另外9个钻头仍在使用),人造金刚石孕镶双管钻头最高寿命为172.52米,所用人造金刚石粒度为60目、
Shanghai Grinding Wheel Factory, Institute of Exploration Technology Institute of Geology and Geological Bureau, the team work together, since 1972, launched a single crystal diamond implantion drill research and experimental work. In the past three years, the test has become a man-made diamond bit manufacturing process using a resistance furnace hot pressing method and an intermediate frequency induction hot pressing method.
