先进典型是时代的先锋,是企业宝贵的财富和人才基础,是国家电网公司“诚信、责任、创新、奉献”核心价值观的优秀实践者和典型代表者。国网浙江临安市供电公司紧紧抓住一线工作优势,挖掘一线工作中涌现出的先进典型人物和事迹,初步形成了先进典型选树中的渠道分类特点。先进典型发掘、推广中渠道分类的必要性有利于提高先进典型发掘的预见性。通过渠道分类发现,有些先进典型,是可以预见,甚至可以提前进行有针对性的培养,并为典型的产生造成良好的条件和氛围。
