戒毒场所“三分”管理,是指对戒毒人员实行分别分期分级管理。分别管理是根据戒毒人员性别、年龄、患病、吸食毒品类型、戒毒次数、送教对象等情况,分类编所(队、班),分别管理,并将各类别戒毒人员相对集中在专门的戒毒场所进行管理。分期管理是按照戒毒工作基本规律,将戒毒工作全过程分为生理脱毒期、身心康复期、回归适应期3期,然后根据戒毒工作需要,遵循戒除毒瘾的阶段性规律,通过在戒毒场所分别设立不同的戒治功能
