目的探讨无明显病态造血的低危骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的实验室特点。方法对9例无病态造血改变的MDS的染色体核型和骨髓切片进行回顾性分析。结果 9例中,4例有+8染色体异常,2例13、20号染色体异常。骨髓切片2例微小巨核阳性,3例骨髓切片CD34+细胞占骨髓有核细胞的比例较缺铁性贫血骨髓切片(对照)有增高趋势。结论骨髓活检联合染色体核型分析是诊断无明显病态造血改变的低危MDS的良好指标。
Objective To investigate the laboratory features of low risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) without obvious morbid hematopoiesis. Methods Nine karyotypes and bone marrow sections of MDS without pathological changes of hematopoiesis were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 9 cases, 4 cases had +8 chromosomal abnormalities and 2 cases 13 and 20 chromosomal abnormalities. There were 2 micromegakens in the bone marrow and 3 in the bone marrow. The percentage of CD34 + cells in the bone marrow was higher than that in the bone marrow of the patients with iron deficiency anemia (control). Conclusion Bone marrow biopsy combined with karyotype analysis is a good indicator for the diagnosis of low-risk MDS without obvious morbid hematopoietic changes.
