本文观察了大鼠离体胃内压与胃电峰波振幅的关系及正常与8Gy照射第4天大鼠离体胃对电刺激迷走神经的反应。结果无论正常或照射后大鼠离体胃内压的高低与胃电峰波振幅的大小基本一致。照射后第4天大鼠对电刺激迷走神经的反应比正常大鼠明显降低,差异非常显著(P<0.01),表明照射后第4天大鼠胃对迷走神经的反应性明显降低。
In this paper, we observed the relationship between isolated gastric pressure and the amplitude of electrogastrogram in rats and the response of isolated gastric to electrical stimulation of vagus nerve in normal rats and rats on day 4 after 8Gy irradiation. Results The level of isolated gastric pressure in normal rats or irradiated rats was basically the same as the amplitude of gastric electrical wave. On the 4th day after irradiation, the response of the vagus nerve to electrical stimulation was significantly lower than that of the normal rats (P <0.01), indicating that the reactivity of the stomach to the vagus nerve was significantly decreased on the 4th day after irradiation.
