国内外藻类学家根据原始藻株的自然形态特征将螺旋藻属(Spirulina Turp·)划分为30多个种。随着人工传代培养,原始藻种典型的形态特征发生变异,很难进行种的鉴定,而国内外对培养条件下藻种的稳定特性和变异性缺乏研究。本实验旨在探讨继代培养条件下螺旋藻种的基本形态特征,为在培养条件下进行藻种的鉴定提供一定的依据。
Spirulina Turp · is divided into more than 30 species according to the natural morphological characteristics of primitive algae strains. With the artificial subculture, the typical morphological characteristics of primitive algae variability, it is difficult to identify species, and domestic and foreign culture conditions, the stability of the characteristics and variability of algae lack of research. The purpose of this experiment is to explore the basic morphological characteristics of spirulina species under subculture conditions and to provide some evidence for the identification of species of algae under culture conditions.
