创新教育的目标是培养学生的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力等综合素质,使学生成为时代发展所需要的创新型人才。实施创新教育,学校是主战场,课堂是主渠道,教师是主导,学生是主体。在当前的教育改革中,培养创新能力是教育改革的重点。在物理教学中,培养学生的创新能力重点在于改变教师的观念。本文在结合自己的教学实践,谈谈培养学生的创新思维能力。一、优化教学过程,培养学生创新意识培养学生的创新意识不是存在于教学的某一个阶段,而是贯穿于整个教学过程中。教师在设计教学时,不能满足于只把知识传授给学生,而要注重在教学过程中培养学生的创新意识。在对教材和学生进行分析时,就要把创新意识的培养落实到教学准备中去。要对不同的学生因材施教,设置不同的教学目标,让学生有自主提高的空间,使学生切身体会到自己掌握了知识的快乐。

Teachers in the design of teaching, can not be satisfied with only imparting knowledge to students, but should focus on teaching students in the process of developing innovative awareness. In the analysis of textbooks and students, it is necessary to implement the cultivation of innovative awareness into the teaching preparation. To different students according to their aptitude, set different teaching objectives, so that students have the freedom to improve the space, so that students understand themselves to grasp the joy of knowledge.
