为了系统地研究白榆群体变异规律以及群体生态适应性所反映出来的生产力差异,我们于1977年开始进行全国白榆种源试验和种源选种研究。本文着重探讨:(1)白榆分布区内生态因子变化规律及其种群的梯度变异,依据种源试验结果进行种源区(集群)划分;(2)进行白榆种源与家系的遗传参数分析,探索遗传力的稳定年限;(3)采用国外提出来的收缩系数(C)计算种源育种值(Z),为科学地种源选种提供依据;(4)在群体变异分析、种源区划分的基础上,分析集群生态适应动态,建立生态适应指数模型,预测经济成熟龄时的生产率,提高早、中期选择的可信性。
In order to systematically study the variation rules of Ulmus pumila populations and the productivity differences reflected by population ecological adaptability, we started the research on the germination and species selection of Ulmus pumila in 1977. This article focuses on: (1) the variation rules of ecological factors and the gradient variation of their populations in the distribution area of Ulmus pumila, according to the results of provenance test, the provenance areas (clusters) are divided; (2) The genetic parameters Analyze and explore the stable years of heritability; (3) Calculate the seed breeding value (Z) using the contraction coefficient (C) proposed by foreign countries to provide the basis for the scientific selection of provenances; (4) Based on the division of source area, this paper analyzes the dynamic state of ecological adaptation of the cluster, establishes the ecological adaptation index model, predicts the productivity of economic maturity, and improves the credibility of the early and medium-term selection.
