目的:了解住院患者或家属对病历复印服务的知晓和满意程度、对邮寄服务的了解及参与意愿,为改善病历复印工作提供理论依据。方法:采用问卷调查形式,对出院后复印病历的患者或家属进行调查。结果:患者及家属对复印病历相关资讯的了解程度不高。外地或区县患者及家属对病历复印邮寄服务有需求,但知晓度低。结论:应规范病案管理流程,提高服务效率;转变病历复印服务模式,做到与时俱进;加强病历复印宣传工作,以方便患者。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the awareness and satisfaction of hospitalized patients or relatives on medical record copy service, to understand the mail service and their willingness to participate, and to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of medical record copy. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate patients or their relatives who had been discharged from hospital after copying medical records. Results: Patients and their families did not know much about the medical records. Patients and their families in other places or districts need medical records duplicate postal service, but their awareness is low. Conclusion: The medical record management process should be standardized and the service efficiency should be improved. The medical record copy service mode should be changed to keep pace with the times. Medical records should be enhanced to facilitate patients.
