介绍了当前我国科技期刊发展的总体态势和国家实施期刊“精品战略”的有关情况以及我院学报发展的概况 ,就我院学报入选“中国期刊方阵”后进一步提高质量提出了改进措施。
The current situation of development of sci-tech periodicals in our country and the situation of “quality strategy” in China are introduced. The general situation of journal development in our institute is also introduced.
