目的观察五味石榴微丸对小鼠肠胃蠕动的影响及其相关机制。方法 60只昆明小鼠随机分成5组,分别为正常对照组,阳性药(通便灵)组(1g·kg-1),五味石榴微丸0.25g·kg-1、0.5g·kg-1、1g·kg-1组。灌胃7d后,采用小鼠胃内容物称量及小鼠灌胃墨汁方法,通过计算各组小鼠胃排空率和小鼠小肠墨汁推进率,研究五味石榴丸对胃肠蠕动的影响;通过测量小鼠血清胃动素含量研究五味石榴微丸对胃肠蠕动的作用机制。结果与正常对照组相比,通便灵能明显提高小鼠小肠墨汁推进率和胃排空率(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组相比,五味石榴微丸能明显提高小鼠胃排空率及小鼠小肠墨汁推进率(P<0.05,P<0.01);通便灵组和五味石榴微丸组可以提高小鼠血清胃动素含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论五味石榴微丸能增强小鼠的肠胃蠕动功能,其机制可能与促进胃动素分泌有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Wuwei Pomegranate Pellets on gastrointestinal motility in mice and its related mechanism. Methods Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, positive group (1g · kg -1), and Wuwei Pomegranate Pellets (0.25g · kg -1, 0.5g · kg -1) , 1g · kg-1 group. After 7 days of intragastric administration, we measured the content of gastric contents in mice and the method of intragastric instillation of ink in mice. The gastric emptying rate in mice and the rate of small intestine ink in mice were calculated to study the effect of Wuwei Pomegranate Pills on gastrointestinal peristalsis. To study the mechanism of Wuwei Pomegranate Pellets on gastrointestinal peristalsis by measuring the content of serum motilin in mice. Results Compared with the normal control group, Tongpanling could obviously improve the rate of small intestine ink and gastric emptying in mice (P <0.05, P <0.01). Compared with the model group, (P <0.05, P <0.01). Tongmai Ling group and Wuwei Pomegranate Pellet group could increase the level of serum motilin in mice (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Wuwei pomegranate pellets can enhance gastrointestinal motility in mice and its mechanism may be related to the promotion of motilin secretion.
