Uffi Mochev was a Soviet scientist and was considered as the creative promoter of modern stealth aircraft technology and the founder of modern stealth theory. In the 1960s he began to study electromagnetic wave reflection equations for simple two-dimensional objects. In 1964, he published a rather creative essay in “Journal of Radio Engineering, Moscow Academy” “Edge wave behavior in the theory of physics diffraction”. In this article, he proposed that the reflection intensity of the object on the radar electromagnetic wave has nothing to do with the size of the object, but has a close relationship with the edge layout
