肥料要素中的氮素对苹果树体的生长、产量、果实品质很有影响。因而在考虑苹果树施肥时,氮素以多大数量,什么时期施用就成为一个问题。首先就氮素施用量来看,到六十年代(1965年)前半期,各苹果生产县都是继续的多肥栽培(表1)。
