教师进修学校承担着更新教师教学理念、优化教师教学方法的重要职责。汉语是少数民族学校的一门必修课程。少数民族学校汉语教学效率的提高离不开少数民族学校汉语教师教学方法的优化。优化少数民族学校汉语教师的教学方法是教师进修学校义不容辞的责任。在借鉴相关理论研究成果的基础上,浅显论述一些教师进修学校优化少数民族学校教师汉语教学方法的策略。
Teacher training schools bear the important responsibility of updating teachers ’teaching philosophy and optimizing teachers’ teaching methods. Chinese is a compulsory course for minority schools. The improvement of Chinese teaching efficiency in ethnic minority schools can not be separated from the optimization of teaching methods of Chinese teachers in ethnic minority schools. Optimizing the teaching methods of ethnic Chinese teachers in Chinese schools is an unshirkable responsibility of teacher training schools. On the basis of referring to the relevant theoretical research results, this paper briefly discusses some strategies of teachers’ learning schools in optimizing Chinese teaching methods for ethnic minority school teachers.
