越南非常鼓励国外的投资者参与基础设施尤其是交通设施建设项目。政府新近推出了一项法令保护投资者,同时利用政府贷款支持这些交通项目,从而能够更好地执行相关政策,建造一个一体化的系统,让越南更加可持续化发展。
Vietnam strongly encourages foreign investors to participate in infrastructure projects, especially transport infrastructure projects. The government recently introduced a decree to protect investors while using government loans to support these transport projects so as to be able to better implement the relevant policies and build an integrated system to make Vietnam more sustainable.
