温总理曾指出“职业教育,是面向人人、面向整个社会的教育。根本目的是让人学会技能和本领,能够就业,成为有用之才”。为此,在职业教育中要充分调动发挥广大师生的主观能动性,加强人文关怀在学校管理中的研究应用,让广大教职员工和学生感到被关怀,被尊重,从而激发教职员工工作的积极性和学生学习的主动性,更好地提高工作学习效率,提高教育质量,从而更好地实现这一根本目的。现对人文关怀的理论基础进行研讨,并就人文关怀在学校管理中的应用提出相应对策。
