以甜瓜属种间杂种 F1 2 n=19,华南型黄瓜 二早子 × Cucumishystrix 为试材 ,对其形态学、细胞学和育性作了观察分析 .结果表明 :该杂种无雌花 ,雄花不能正常开放 ,表现高度不育 .该杂种 F1 长势瘦弱 ,与笔者以前报道的种间杂种 F1 C.hystrix与华北型黄瓜 北京截头 正反交 相比 ,在育性和形态学性状上有明显差异 .花粉母细胞减数分裂观察发现 ,杂种 F1 的终变期和中期 主要以 17条单价体 和 1个二价体 II 存在 ;整个花粉母细胞的减数分裂行为异常 ,经常可见染色体滞后和纺锤丝定向紊乱 ,形成多极染色体 ,末期 II后形成多分体 ,以致不能发育成正常的花粉粒 ,导致杂种 F1 高度不育
Morphology, cytology and fertility were observed and analyzed with F1 2 n = 19 and two South China cucumber × Cucumishystrix as test materials.The results showed that the hybrid had no female flowers and male flowers could not be normal Open and highly sterile.The hybrid F1 grows emaciated, which is obviously different from fertility and morphological traits compared with the crossbreeding between the crossbreeding F1 C. hystrix and the North China type cucumber Beijing previously reported by the author. The meiosis of pollen mother cells showed that the terminal and metaphase of hybrid F1 mainly existed as 17 monovalent and 1 bivalent II. The meiosis of the whole pollen mother cells was abnormal. The chromosome lag and spindle spindle Oriented disorders, the formation of multi-polar chromosomes, after the formation of multi-terminal II, which can not develop into normal pollen, resulting hybrid F1 is highly sterile
