日本大阪市水道局的工业用水系统城东净水厂,采用的是脉冲澄清池,在使用过程中,曾产生过如下问题:1.因泥渣层厚,泥渣新陈代谢慢,在池内停留时间长(20~30日)时,不仅对细微絮凝体的凝聚吸附能力差,而且由于脉冲影响,使一些大块絮体形成的泥渣,再次分解成微小絮体,使沉淀速度降低,因此,当水温或水量稍有变化时就上浮,使处理水恶化而造成泥渣膨胀。
