资金管理系统为集团提供了资金网络信息化管理,为结算中心履行其监控职能提供了有效手段在经历了全球金融危机之后,政府相关部门陆续出台相关政策扶持和支持资金管理行业的发展。与此同时,国内大型企业集团管理重心上移、组织结构扁平化,也对提高资金使用效率和加强子公司监控有了越来越强烈的需要。在此背景下,一些实力强大的垄断性企业和实业集团,如中国新兴集团、中粮集团、三峡集团等都开始了资金管理信息化的进程。近期,《上海国资》就这方面的热门话题,采访了中国新兴集团总会计师傅大庆。
