在吉林省中西部具有代表性的41米麦间作地块,对玉米在不同生育时期及同一时期不同层次叶片的可溶性糖进行了研究。结果表明,在大喇叭口期,间作玉米叶片的可溶性糖含量低于清种,灌浆期高于清种,于乳熟期达最大值。不同层次叶片可溶性糖含量变化表现为,乳熟期上层叶>中层叶>下层叶;灌浆期清种玉米为中层叶>上层叶>下层叶,间作玉米为下层叶>中层叶>上层叶;大喇叭口—抽雄期,可溶性糖含量变化不规律。
In the middle and western part of Jilin Province, a representative 41 m wheat intercropping plot was conducted to study the soluble sugar content in leaves of corn at different growth stages and in the same period. The results showed that the soluble sugar content of intercropping maize leaves was lower than that of the clear seeds at the stage of big trumpet, and was higher than that at the filling stage and reached its maximum at the milk ripening stage. The changes of soluble sugar content of leaves in different layers showed that the upper leaves> the middle leaves> the lower leaves in milk stage, the middle leaves> the upper leaves> the lower leaves in intercropping corn, the middle leaves> the middle leaves in the intercropping corn. Bell - tasseling, soluble sugar content changes irregularly.
