1 政治思想工作方面 (1)认真组织学习十五大精神,解放思想,更新观念,把医院建设得更好。(2)抓好精神文明和职业道德教育,树立以病人为中心、以医德规范为准则、一切为伤病员服务的思想。树立白求恩式的医务工作者和现代先进人物形象。运用院内教育和院外监督相结合的办法管好身边的人和事。(3)继续深化我院“爱院、团结、进取、效益”的建院精神教育,使全院干部、职工精神抖擞,意气风发地把医院建设推上新的台阶。
