工程造价预算在整个工程管理控制过程中起着重要的作用,预算控制的好坏对投资效益会产生重要的影响。为了保证投资效益,建筑施工企业要准确把握工程造价控制的要点,加强工程造价预算控制与和管理。本文分析了建筑工程造价预算控制的要点,在此基础上提出了建筑工程造价预算控制的对策,以期更好地促进工程造价预算管理的发展。
