本文利用离体灌注肾技术(IPK),观察了冬虫夏草(虫草)对大鼠肾脏冷缺血24h的保护作用。结果表明,虫草保护液组24h冷缺血后IPK的灌注流量、菊糖清除率均高于对照组,灌注阻力低于对照组。同时,大剂量精氨破增加菊糖清除率,灌注流量的程度,也是虫草组优于对照组。此外,虫草组的钠、钾冉吸收能力也优于对照组。这说明,虫草确对冷缺血有保护作用,并提示该作用与其保护了内皮细胞功能有关。
In this article, the protective effect of Cordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps militaris) on 24 hours of cold ischemia in rat kidney was observed using IPK. The results showed that the IPK perfused flow rate and inulin clearance rate were higher in the Cordyceps sinensis solution group after 24 hours of cold ischemia than in the control group, and the perfusion resistance was lower than that in the control group. At the same time, high-dose arginine breakage increased the inulin clearance rate and the degree of perfusion flow, which was also better in the Cordyceps group than in the control group. In addition, the absorption of sodium and potassium in the Cordyceps group was better than that in the control group. This shows that Cordyceps has a protective effect against cold ischemia and suggests that this effect is related to its protection of endothelial cell function.
