The relationship between the incidence of pomegranate grapes and their physiological indexes during the storage of red globe grapes was studied to determine the indexes that can predict the storage effect of grapes. Five red globe grapes from different regions were used as experimental materials to determine the contents of POD, PAL, PPO, Polyphenols and other major physiological changes. The correlations between PPO activity and polyphenol content and the incidence of the disease were greater than 0.812 and 0.828, respectively. The contents of polyphenols and the end of storage (75 days ), The correlation coefficient of fruit grain incidence was 0.885. The PPO activity and polyphenol content in the pulp could monitor the changes of the incidence of fruit grains during storage. The polyphenol content of the fruit during the harvest could better predict the occurrence of the disease of the red globe grape during late storage.
