【背景】本学期,我校进行了青年教师赛课活动,在比赛的说课环节,参赛的部分老师通过前测,用数据分析了学生的学情。而之前几乎没有老师对学生进行教学前测。有老师质疑:“每节课的课前都做前测,很花时间,日常的教育教学工作已经很多,还要做前测,不太现实。有经验的老师不需要前测也能知道教学重难点,知道学生在哪里会遇到困难。”面对质疑,赛课结果用实例告诉大家,前测不是一个花架子,不是因为是公开课而特意体现的,是在平时的教学中也需要应用的。
