含蜡热油输送管道的设计通常忽略流态流型转变的影响,按照我国常用的简化算法——平均油温法进行计算,会造成较大的计算误差.为精确计算热油管道输送过程中含蜡原油流态和流型的转变对含蜡热油管道设计计算的影响,对不同流态流型应用不同的摩阻计算公式,建立了热油管道温降和压降计算的数学模型,并进行了含蜡热油管道设计计算.计算结果表明:采用简化算法与精确计算相比有较大的误差,流态和流型的变化对沿线压降的影响较大.建议含蜡热油管道的设计计算中考虑流体流态和流型的变化.
The design of waxy hot oil pipelines usually neglects the influence of the flow pattern change. Calculating according to the simplified algorithm commonly used in our country, the average oil temperature method, will cause a large calculation error. In order to accurately calculate the hot oil pipeline transportation process The influence of waxy crude flow and flow pattern on the design and calculation of waxy hot oil pipeline was studied. Different frictional resistance formulas were applied to different flow patterns, and the mathematical model of temperature drop and pressure drop calculation of hot oil pipeline was established. The calculation results show that the simplified algorithm has more errors than the accurate calculation, and the changes of flow regime and flow pattern have a great influence on the pressure drop along the pipeline. Pipeline design calculations take into account fluid flow and flow pattern changes.
