本文提出水中痕量砷的离子浮选-分光光度测定法。应用砷钼杂多酸与结晶紫形成离子缔合物,与阴离子表面活性剂——十二烷基硫酸钠缔合浮选的机理,快速而选择性地富集于气藏界面。在最佳的体系条件下,取样150ml,检测限可低至0.03μg,相对标准偏差为9.3%,标准加入回收率达95—105%,分析一次试样仅需40min。成功地应用于天然淡水、饮用水中ppb数量级砷(V)和无机总砷含量的测定。
This paper presents a trace of arsenic in water ion flotation spectrophotometry. The mechanism of associating flotation with the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate using an association complex between arsenic and molybdenum heteropolyacids and crystal violet to form association with an anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate, is rapidly and selectively enriched at the gas reservoir interface. Under optimal system conditions, 150 ml of sample was taken with a detection limit as low as 0.03 μg, a relative standard deviation of 9.3%, a standard recovery of 95-105%, and a sample analysis of only 40 minutes. Successfully applied to the determination of natural freshwater, ppb orders of magnitude arsenic (V) and total inorganic arsenic in drinking water.
