敌百虫为有机磷农药,毒性較弱,用法不当或誤服仍易造成急性中毒,表現为毒蕈碱样反应,烟草碱样反应和中枢神經系統受累,严重者可併发肝脏損害,肺水肿及呼吸麻痺而死亡。作者遇到急性中毒1例伴有心肌損伤,特报告如下。患者:女,39岁,于1964年12月17日下午1时許因誤服敌百虫結晶粉8克,服后10分鉀后心口部不适,伴有恶心。半小时后頻繁呕吐、腹痛、腹泻,头暈眼花,四肢无力,即日抬送医院。检查:体温35℃,脉搏63次/分,呼吸26次/分,血压100/80毫米汞柱,呼吸困难和紫绀,神志恍惚,呻吟,全身大汗淋漓,口角流涎,瞳孔缩小,对光反应存在,四肢发凉,伴有肌肉震顫,两肺有散在湿罗音,心音較弱,心律不齐有完全性代偿間期,无杂音,腹部正常,肝脾未触及,腸鳴音亢进。
