同志们:这次会议共开了七天,现在我把大家讨论的情况与意见综合一下,作为我们对第四季工作布置的意见。壹、会议的收获和问题这次会议集中地讨论研究了企业管理工作。由于议题集中,目的明确,所以这次会议开的也较以往深刻。讨论结果认为我们今年一至八月份在生产上有一定成绩,生产基本上在稳步上升,全面完成计划的单位增多,打破了历年来前松后紧的惯例。在管理工作上也有提高,并创造了一些典型经验。如山西机器厂灵活作业计划经验、山西化学厂的成本管理经验、平定炼铁厂的小企业整顿经验、平遥普洞煤矿的管理经验等等。但要把我们的工作提高一步,只满足一时的优点和成绩是办不到的,所以必须认识到我们在工作中还有很多缺点,而且这些缺点是比较严重的。最主要地表现在多数厂矿企业管理工作赶不上生产增长的要求,没有有系统地通过提高企业管理水平保证计划的完成。因而生产中不均

One, the meeting’s harvest and problems This meeting focused on the study of the business management. As the issue focused, the purpose is clear, so the meeting opened more profound than ever before. The result of the discussions is that we have had some achievements in production from January to August this year. Production has basically risen steadily. The number of units that have completed the full-scale plan has been increased, breaking the previous loose conventional practice. In the management also improved, and created some typical experience. Such as the experience of flexible operation plan of Shanxi Machinery Factory, the cost management experience of Shanxi Chemical Plant, the experience of rectifying small enterprises of Pingdingshan Iron Works, the management experience of Pingdu Coal Mine of Pingtung County, and so on. However, to take one step forward in our work, it is impossible to satisfy only the advantages and achievements of a temporary moment. Therefore, we must recognize that we still have many shortcomings in our work. Moreover, these shortcomings are more serious. Mostly manifested in the majority of factories and mines business management can not keep up with the requirements of production growth, there is no systematic way to ensure the completion of the enterprise management assurance plan.
