  Pigment is to give food color and improve the color of food substances, divided into natural and synthetic ones. From the current specification point of view, as long as meeting the standards, both artificial and natural ones are safe. Most of the food that needs pigments are candy, puffed food and some high-calorie foods. These foods have their own health risks. Therefore, instead of worrying about the pigments, we should control the intake of these foods and reduce the consumption of processed foods to help children resist the temptation of various snacks, hence establish a healthy diet.
