目的 有机纤维的力学性能与其应用环境相关,针对低温环境应用,研究不同有机纤维的力学性能相对室温环境的变化情况.方法 通过低温原位测试的试验方法,测试了6种典型有机高性能纤维从室温到低温环境下的拉伸力学性能.结果 低温环境对纤维的力学性能有明显的影响;随着环境温度的降低,选取的典型高性能纤维的断裂强力均表现出先增加而后下降的趋势,并且在低温下的强力高于室温下的强力;纤维的断裂伸长则显现出随温度降低而持续减少的趋势.结论 在低温环境工程应用中,需要关注纤维的力学特性变化,并开展环境适用性分析.“,”Objective Mechanical properties of organic fibers are associated with their applied environment.In cryogenic environment,the changes of the properties of organic fibers relative to room temperature were studied.Methods With the method of the cryogenic in-situ test,tensile properties of six typical high-performance organic fibers from room temperature to low temperature were studied.Results Cryogenic environment had obvious effects on the mechanical properties of the fibers.The breaking strengths of selected typical high-performance fibers tended to increase at first and then decrease with the temperature drop,and the breaking strengths at low temperature were larger than those at room temperature.The breaking elongations of the fibers decreased continually with the temperature decrease.Conclusion In cryogenic engineering applications,the changes of mechanical properties of fibers need to be considered seriously and the environmental adaptability of fibers requires to be discussed.
