目的了解暗娼人群对艾滋病自愿咨询检测的知识、态度和行为,提高其自愿咨询检测的积极性。方法采用方便抽样方法对中山市部分镇区的141位暗娼进行问卷调查。结果超过60%的被调查者不了解自愿咨询检测,实际接受过自愿咨询检测的比例仅占17.7%;但当其了解自愿咨询检测以后,表示愿意接受自愿咨询检测的比例超过70%。结论暗娼对自愿咨询检测的知晓率较低,应该加强宣传,增进暗娼人群对自愿咨询检测的了解。 Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of FSWs in HIV voluntary counseling and testing, and to increase their enthusiasm for voluntary counseling and testing. Methods A sampling method was used to survey 141 sex workers in some townships of Zhongshan City. Results More than 60% of the respondents did not know about voluntary counseling and testing, and only 17.7% actually received voluntary counseling and testing. However, when they knew about voluntary counseling and testing, they said they were more than 70% willing to receive voluntary counseling and testing. Conclusion There is a low awareness rate of voluntary counseling and testing among commercial sex workers. Publicity should be strengthened to improve the understanding of volunteer counseling and testing among the female sex workers.
