有关子官平滑肌肉瘤的诊断及影响预后的因素,目前各家的观点尚不一致。作者对该院系统收治的18例子宫平滑肌肉瘤进行回顾性临床、病理分析并对诊断标准及影响预后的因素进行了讨论。同意大多数学者们的意见,认为核分裂象不是诊断的唯一标准,应参考其他指标如细胞形态、核浆比例、核染色质、超微结构等。作者并指出子宫平滑肌肉瘤的预后与患者年龄、手术分期、肿瘤大小、核分裂数、细胞多形性及肿瘤边缘的情况有关。 The sub-officer of the diagnosis of leiomyosarcoma and affect the prognosis of the factors, the current view is not the same.
