以Peters 4天抑制试验法 ,对绵马贯众部位Ⅱ进行了抗疟药效实验 ,测得其对伯氏疟原虫K173 株的ED50 为 5 9 74mg/kg ,对伯氏疟原虫抗氯喹株 (RC/K173 )的ED50 为 111 2 2mg/kg ,抗性指数为 2 10 ;还对该部位进行了急性毒性实验 ,测得一日灌胃给药对小鼠的LD50 为 8890mg/kg(95 %可信区间为 640 5~ 12 338mg/kg) ,治疗指数为 14 8。
Using the Peters 4-day inhibition test, the anti-malarial efficacy test was performed on Mianma Guanzhong Part II. The ED50 for K. berghei strain K173 was determined to be 579 4 mg/kg, against P. berghei anti-chloroquine strains. The ED50 of (RC/K173) was 111 2 2 mg/kg, and the resistance index was 2 10 ; acute toxicity experiments were also carried out on this site and the LD50 of mice administered on one day was 8890 mg/kg (95%). The % confidence interval was 640 5 to 12 338 mg/kg, and the therapeutic index was 14 8.
