采用海洋药物海力特治疗慢性乙型肝炎25例,并与猪苓多糖加乙肝疫苗治疗作为对照。结果表明,海力特治疗慢性乙型肝炎总有效率为88.0％,ALT复常率86.96％,HBeAg转阴率40.91％,与猪苓多糖加乙肝疫苗的疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Treatment of 25 cases of chronic hepatitis B with marine drug sea-force, and with Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide plus hepatitis B vaccine treatment as a control. The results showed that the total effective rate of Hyperthermia in treatment of chronic hepatitis B was 88.0%, the rate of ALT normalization was 86.96% and the rate of HBeAg negative conversion was 40.91%, which was not significantly different from that of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide plus Hepatitis B vaccine (P> 0.05) .
