玉米螟大量人工饲养与染色标记技术的研究

本文阐述了玉米螟(ostrinia,fnrnaculis Gu Gueneē)大量人工饲养中容器改进,防止杂菌污染;染色标记和改进饲料,降低成本等方面的研究情况。改进后的养虫盒约饲养幼虫1000头,化蛹率70%左右。养虫能力提高2.4倍;化蛹纸改进后有利蛹的收集、照射,运输和释放,通过接种卵块采用2%甲醛消毒,每克饲料内加入20万单位链霉素。用含0.01%苏丹兰Ⅱ染料的饲料喂养幼虫,可100%被标记带淡蓝色,并对得蛹率、蛹重、羽化率,交尾率及幼虫发育无不良影响。原饲料中15%的大豆糁和玉米糁,用同等重的木屑代替,用蔗糖代替多维葡萄糖不仅不影响昆虫质量,而且使每百头虫的饲料成本从0.42元降到0.17元。 This article describes the research progress on the container improvement of ostrinia (fnrnaculis Gu Gueneē) in a large number of artificial rearing to prevent the contamination of the bacteria, the dyeing mark, the improvement of feedstuff, and the reduction of cost. After the improvement of the feeding box about larvae feeding 1000, the pupation rate of about 70%. After the pupa paper was improved, it was beneficial to collect, irradiate, transport and release pupae. The inoculated egg masses were disinfected with 2% formaldehyde and 200,000 units streptomycin per gram of feed were added. The larvae fed with 0.01% Sudan II dye were 100% labeled with light blue color and had no adverse effect on pupa rate, pupal weight, emergence rate, cross rate and larval development. 15% of the original feed soybean and corn 糁, with the same weight instead of replacing the wood, with sucrose instead of multi-dimensional glucose not only does not affect the quality of insects, but also feed costs per hundred pests dropped from 0.42 yuan to 0.17 yuan.
