在从事制冷工业五十年之后,好像是到了应该提出这么一个问题的时候了,那就是,为什么在制冷范围内采用其他工程领域的新成果,以及在热力学分析、传热理论、系统控制等新技术方面的进展竞如此缓慢?目前制冷工业的实际情况似乎是落后了几十年,节能的问题在日常生活中更没有摆到议事日程上来,因设计不合理、传热损失过大、控制手段原始落后等造成的不必要的能源浪费、不仅没将此看作是不容许有的例外,反而习以为常,从能源的角度来看、这种情况在下一个世纪是绝对不能允许的。
