攀钢高炉经过十多年的生产实践,解决了过去工业试验中遗留下来的许多重大技术课题,使高炉冶炼技术经济指标达到了普通矿冶炼的好水平。回顾攀钢冶炼钒钛磁铁矿走过的历程,就原料方针看,大体上可分为三个时期: 第一阶段,1970~1977年为100%普通钒钛烧结矿冶炼期。这个时期,普通块矿平均占原料的5~6%,在高炉长期休送风或炉况失常时,临时集中使用。这一时期,没有从根本上解决粘渣和泡沫渣的问题,技术经济指标差(见表1)。
After more than ten years of production practice, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Blast Furnace has solved many major technical problems left over from industrial experiments in the past and has made blast furnace smelting technical and economic indicators reach a good level of ordinary ore smelting. Review Pangang smelting vanadium titanium magnetite through the course of raw material approach, generally can be divided into three periods: The first stage, 1970 to 1977 was 100% of ordinary vanadium titanium sinter smelting period. During this period, ordinary lump ore accounts for an average of 5 ~ 6% of the raw materials, and is temporarily concentrated for use when blast or long-term off-wind or abnormal furnace conditions occur. During this period, the problem of sticky slag and foam residue was not solved fundamentally, and the technical and economic indicators were poor (Table 1).
