随着我国新一轮课程改革的到来,怎样创新课堂教学行为,紧紧抓住学生眼球,激发学生的参与性和创造性,成为教育界讨论的焦点问题。教师作为教学活动的组织者和实施者,其教育理念、教学意识、教学准备活动、教学组织能力等深深影响着课堂教学效果。因此,要想实现课堂教学形式的创新,教师必须要坚持“做足课前准备—注重有效导入—创新课堂形式”这样一个层层递进式的教学思路,同时,还要充分考虑应试需求,在培养学生综合素质的基础上,提高学生的应试能力。主要分析了推进初中语文课堂教学行为创新的对策。
