从大洋纵列海鞘Symplegma oceania的甲醇提取部位中分离鉴定了5个嘌呤和咔啉生物碱成分,采用包括HPLC在内的多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,应用多种波谱学方法,主要是MS,1H-NMR和13C-NMR,结合文献对照确定上述化合物的结构为6-甲氧基-7-甲基-8-氧鸟嘌呤(1),2-甲基亚氨基-3-甲基-6-甲基氨基-9-氢-嘌呤(2),1,2,3,4-四氢-β-咔啉(3),1-甲基四氢-β-咔啉(4)和1,2,3,4-四氢-β-咔啉-3-羧酸(5),其中化合物2~5均为首次从Symplegma属海鞘中获得,嘌呤、咔啉类是该种海鞘中生物碱成分的主要类型。
Five purines and carboline alkaloids were isolated and identified from the methanol extract of Symplegma oceania, and were separated and purified by a variety of chromatographic methods including HPLC.
