融资难问题一直困扰着各国中小企业的发展。尤其在我国这样以间接融资为主的融资环境里,由于无法提供足额有效的资产抵押或第三方担保,中小企业从银行融得发展所需资金困难重重。近年来,在华外资银行在大力拓展批发业务市场的同时,“抓大不放小”,主动向中小企业“示好”,逐步赢得这部分企业的信任和认同。这对还在为流动性过剩、贷款难投放的国内金融机构来说,是一种重要启示。从2004年开始,我国一些金融机构进行中小企业信贷支持试点,经过几年的探索和实践,一部分地区的中小企业融资问题逐步得到或是部分得到解决,实现了银行与企业的“双赢”。这些金融机构与中小企业合作实现“双赢”的秘诀在于,金融机构从自身创新上下功夫,主动为中小企业创设新的信贷产品,使每个信贷产品能针对性地满足中小企业的信贷需求,同时又能针对性地控制贷款风险,实现金融机构与中小企业的良性互动发展。本期一线话题选取了银创合作、专利权质押贷款、企业联保三个信贷产品创新案例,以期对缓解中小企业融资难题有所启示。
