本文新合成了4-(2-喹啉偶氮)-1,3-二羟基萘(2-QADNm)用作痕量铜的灵敏分析试剂,用于铜的电化学或光度分析。在稀碱溶液中,2-QADNm在-0.95V处有一极谱峰,有Cu(Ⅱ)存在时,在-0.52V和-0.79V呈现两个新的极谱峰。利用-0.79V极谱波可测定低至10-~8mol/L痕量铜。文中采用多种电化学方法详细研究了2-QADNm的电分析特性及Cu(Ⅱ)-2-QADNm络合物吸附波的形成机理。在稀碱溶液中Cu(Ⅱ)-2-QADNm络合物呈红色,其8526为6.4×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),当非离子表面活性剂存在时,该体系的ε可达1.6×10~5。
In this paper, 4- (2-quinolinylazo) -1,3-dihydroxynaphthalene (2-QADNm) was newly synthesized as a sensitive analytical reagent for trace copper for electrochemical or photometric analysis of copper. In dilute alkaline solution, 2-QADNm has a polar peak at -0.95V, and there are two new polar peaks at -0.52V and -0.79V in the presence of Cu (Ⅱ). Using -0.79V polarographic wave can be as low as 10- ~ 8mol / L traces of copper. In this paper, the electrochemical characteristics of 2-QADNm and the formation mechanism of Cu (Ⅱ) -2-QADNm complex adsorption wave have been studied in detail by various electrochemical methods. The Cu (Ⅱ) -2-QADNm complex showed a red color in dilute alkali solution with the concentration of 8526 being 6.4 × 10 -4 mol · cm -1.
