软件开发环境(SDE)是一种集成式的软件系统,用以辅助软件开发到维护的全部(或大部分)阶段的工作.为了提高测试开发效率,集成电路测试软件的开发同样需要配备一个SDE.本文以软件重用为技术依据,建立了一个开放结构的面向数据的增量测试软件开发环境TESSDE,不仅实现了一般SDE的基本功能,而且因其结构的开放性,使得TESSDE有相当的功能扩充潜力.按照文中的集成规则,TESSDE集成了诸多软部件以节省至少60%的编程工作量,同时由于内在的系统集成结构,使得最终形成的软件具有了开放性并容易达到开发环境的增量性.通过TESSDE的实现,可以证实本文提出的基于Client/Server,Server-requester结构的大粒度软件重用(RITL)建模方法是行之有效的,这个模型改变了传统的程序设计风格,并大大缩减程序编码量.
The Software Development Environment (SDE) is an integrated software system that assists with the development of all (or most) of the maintenance process. In order to improve test development efficiency, the development of integrated circuit test software also need to be equipped with an SDE. In this paper, software reuse as the technical basis, an open architecture data-oriented incremental test software development environment TESSDE, not only to achieve the basic functions of the general SDE, but also because of its open structure, making TESSDE have considerable functional expansion potential . According to the integration rules in this article, TESSDE integrates many soft components to save at least 60% of the programming workload. At the same time, due to the inherent system integration structure, the resulting software is open and easy to achieve the incremental development environment.
