随着社会的不断发展,我国体育教学运动逐渐向信息化方向发展。体育教学改革的深入,我国提出了阳光体育运动,旨在改善我国学生的身体素质和健康状况,为国家日后的发展提供人才储备。本文就构建高校阳光体育信息化指标体系进行分析,提出几点合理的建议,促进阳光体育运动的发展。
With the continuous development of society, the sports teaching in China gradually develops towards informationization. In order to deepen the reform of physical education, our country put forward sunshine sports to improve the physical quality and health status of our students and provide a reserve for the nation’s future development. This article analyzes the index system of constructing sunshine sports information in colleges and universities and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to promote the development of sunshine sports.
