随着现代化流水线的应用,我国企业发展过程中的物化现象越来越突出。卢卡奇在《历史和阶级意识》一书中提出的物化理论是对我国企业建设现状的哲学映射,其总体性恢复原则为当代我国和谐企业构建提供了有益的借鉴。
With the application of modern assembly line, the phenomenon of materialization in the process of enterprise development in our country becomes more and more prominent. The theory of materialization put forward by Lukacs in his book “History and Class Consciousness” is a philosophical mapping of the present state of enterprise construction in our country. The principle of general restoration provides a useful reference for the construction of harmonious enterprises in contemporary China.
