传统企业理论奉行股东利益至上和利润最大化原则,忽视企业的“利益相关者”的权益和企业应承担的社会责任。实践证明,在当今法制经济时代,效率与公平理念不仅成为人们普遍推崇的信仰,更是市场经济良性、稳定和持续运行的原则指向。基于这一和谐理念,企业必须在追求利润最大化的同时肩负起应承担的社会责任,这也是企业真正做大做强的不二法门。
The traditional enterprise theory follows the principle of the supremacy of shareholders and the maximization of profit, ignoring the rights and interests of the “stakeholders” of enterprises and the social responsibilities that enterprises should shoulder. Practice has proved that in today’s era of legal economy, the concept of efficiency and fairness has not only become widely accepted belief, but also the principle of a benign, stable and sustainable market economy. Based on this concept of harmony, enterprises must shoulder their social responsibilities while pursuing profit maximization, which is also the only way for enterprises to become bigger and stronger.
