[目的]探讨高职院校大学生营养评价方法。[方法]随机整群抽取高职院校大学生452人,年龄18~25岁。测量身高、体重、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)和肩胛下角皮褶厚度(SSF)、体脂含量(BF%)等指标,并采用体质指数BMI(WHO、WGOC)、标准体重指数(改良Broca)、WC、腰臀比(WHR)、Oeder指数、BF%(BIA-OMRON、长岭-Brozek)等8种评价方法评价学生营养状况,分析不同评价方法的意义及相关性。[结果]高职院校大学生超重肥胖与消瘦同时存在,8种营养评价方法的评价结果有差异。[结论]建议以BMI、WC作为高职院校大学生常规评价指标,结合BF%、Oeder指数等指标进行综合评价,并进行男女分层统计。
[Objective] To discuss the nutritional evaluation method of college students in higher vocational colleges. [Method] A random cluster enrolled 452 college students, aged from 18 to 25 years old. Body height, weight, waist circumference (WC), hip circumference (HC), triceps skin fold thickness (TSF) and scapular skinfold thickness (SSF) and body fat content (BF%) were measured. Body mass index BMI (WHO, WGOC), standard body weight index (improved Broca), WC, WHR, Oeder index, BF% (BIA- OMRON, Changling -Brozek) and other eight evaluation methods to evaluate the nutritional status of students, analysis Significance and relevance of different evaluation methods. [Results] The prevalence of overweight, obesity and weight loss existed in college students of higher vocational colleges. The evaluation results of 8 nutritional evaluation methods were different. [Conclusion] It is suggested that BMI and WC should be taken as the routine evaluation index for college students in higher vocational colleges, combined with BF%, Oeder index and other indicators for comprehensive evaluation, and stratified statistics for men and women.
